Welcome to Heaven on Earth, or at least that what the Neopolians call their Inner Santum. This almost sacred area is home to the Privileged Elites. The Massive Ossilation Industry corporate office is here as well (MOI controls the world)

The Neopolian air squadrons are the most advance on Earth and held strong against the Zetas(Grey Aliens) Using advance Ancient Technology (the same acients that created the Power Jewels), Neopolian air vehicles have a perticular almost anti-gravity ability. Horent PAH (Personal Aerial Hovercraft) are escorting a APAH (Armored Personal Aerial Hovercarrier) along with a MGP (multipurpose gun platform) In the sky you can see different ships of the human armada.

Anyone visiting the Corporate HQ from the Outside must be watched at all times. So 2 secret police soldiers are escorting Susie to see the main office with Shadrach tailing behind.
